3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before deployment
• We do not guarantee specific campaign performance results
• Content must comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws

5.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide and campaigns you create using our Service. AI-generated content becomes yours once created.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Create misleading or deceptive advertising
• Generate content promoting illegal activities, violence, or discrimination

7. Fees and Payment

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Campaign performance or Google Ads costs
• Damages exceeding the fees you paid in the last 12 months

9.3 Campaign Performance

We make no guarantees about campaign performance, ad approval, or return on investment. Google Ads performance depends on many factors outside our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

11.3 Effect of Termination
